Once you get there, talk to the Root Mother and she will ask you to find a Tower, which is located in the City leading you to The Labyrinth. You will have to find another checkpoint that will lead you to the backside of Ward 13. While exploring the church, you will find the Sniper Rifle in the basement. Once the event is concluded, she will ask you to meet her back at Ward 13. When you meet her, an event will commence, asking you to defend her for two minutes.
